This is an 8 gallon (32 quart) brew kettle made of stainless steel. It comes with a 1/2 in. NPT detachable ball valve for draining, as well as a 3 in. diameter brew thermometer (with 2 in. stem) and a heat shield to protect the ball valve. The inside of the kettle is graduated for ease of measurement, and features low side indentions. It also comes with a stainless steel lid.
