Conical Fermenters are a great addition for your brewery, because they allow you to do both your primary and secondary fermentations in the same vessel. The problem is that conicals can sometimes cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Enter the FastFerment! The "cone" shape design of the fermenter allows yeast and sediment to collect in the bottom of the fermenter. When fermentation is done, simply close the bottom valve and remove the collection ball from the vessel and voila – you have started secondary fermentation! Now you can clean the collection ball and put it back on the FastFerment to finish off your secondary, or you can store it with the yeast in the fridge to use again. Easy as pie.

The FastFerment comes with all you see in the list above, along with wall mounting hardware so you can store your FastFerment in an elevated position on your wall. See a list of accessories you can buy for the FastFerment below, which includes a floor stand.

Heights:

The Affordable Conical Fermenter by minibrew is designed for five gallon recipes.

It holds a full 6.5 Gallons.

Included with the fermenter is a 3/4 inch nickel plated bottom ball valve, stand, lid, air lock, and 1/2 inch nickel plated racking port valve.

Also included is a 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch nipple for fastening the valves to the fermenter.

The Model 6.5 conical fermenter does not have thermometer mounting thread.

This conical fermenter is our best design for five gallon recipes brewers.

When you open the box our fermenter is ready to go just clean and sterilize.

Included are a 1 inch nickel plated bottom ball valve, 1/2 inch racking port nickel plated ball valve, a lid and stand.

The lid has two 1/2 inch threads with screw in plugs.

There is also a screw in plug for a thermometer thread just below the label.

The conical fermenter ships ready to brew and is our best design for 10 gallon recipes.

Included are a 1 inch nickel plated bottom ball valve, 1/2 inch nickel plated racking port ball valve, lid, stand plus three 1/2 inch screw in plugs.

There are two threads in the lid and one below the label for a thermometer.

The thermometer is not included.

The plastic is a full 5/16 inches thick.
